Her Mental Model—Nachi—acts as Treasurer of Hiei's Student Council of the Fog. Due to her rather placid personality, she is often swayed by her energetic colleague, Ashigara. This warship has been modeled after Nachi as she appears in "ARPEGGIO OF BLUE STEEL -ARS NOVA- Cadenza."
